Flamenco Guitarist Jesse Cook Celebrating A Birthday With Another Smooth Jazz Hit
Flamenco guitarist Jesse Cook will be marking his 45th birthday today (November 28th) with another Smooth Jazz Top 20 single, “Bogota By Bus” from his latest and eighth release, The Rumba Foundation. It follows his smash hit “Café Mocha” from his Frontiers CD.
Cook, who was born in Paris to Canadian parents and now lives in Toronto, signed to the Narada record label 14 years ago and released his first album, Tempest. Since that time, Cook has become an international phenomenon, selling more than one million CDs worldwide.
Cook is celebrating his birthday overseas as he is performing in Europe. On December 12, he begins a new tour of the U.S. and Canada that will see him performing through May.
