Adele has announced she's cancelling her entire US tour due to a vocal illness.  In her blog on her website yesterday she posted, "Guys, I'm heartbroken and worried to tell you that yet again I'm experiencing problems with my voice."  She goes on to say she suffered a hemorrhage on her vocal chords earlier in the year and has never fully recovered.  "Singing is literally my life, it's my hobbie, my love, my freedom and now my job.  I have absolutely no choice but to recuperate properly and fully, or I risk damaging my voice forever."  Adele was scheduled to kick off her US tour this Friday (October 7) in Atlantic City, NJ.  Her latest album, 21, has spent 31 weeks in the top five on the Billboard 200 chart and has sold over 10 million copies worldwide.
