Adele, Sting confirmed for Dylan Covers Album for Charity

Adele and Sting will join an array of artists contributing to a Bob Dylan covers album to benefit Amnesty International.  The album, Chimes of Freedom: Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International, is due out next year and profits from the project will be donated to help fund Amnesty's human rights campaigns around the globe.  Meanwhile, Adele has announced she must cancel all of her remaining 2011 concert dates due to her throat illness.  She is scheduled to have surgery to correct the issues and will be on complete vocal rest for the remainder of the year.
