Dick Clark Dies at 82 |

Legendary entertainment icon, Dick Clark has died of a massive heart attack at the age of 82. Clark was best known for the pioneering music show "American Bandstand" and his "New Year's Rockin' Eve" show, held in New York's Time Square every New Year's Eve. According to the Museum of Broadcast Communications, his company Dick Clark Productions, has been responsible for over 7,500 hours of television programming, including more than 30 series and 250 specials. He is survived by his third wife, Keri Wigton, and three children from two previous marriages.
