Over the past several months, saxophonist-singer Jessy J has been busy working in the studio on several projects including her next album, Second Chances.  The talented musician shares, "When I was a little girl I dreamt of becoming a studio musician, recording music for Movies, Television, and Albums. Fortunately, these past few months have been studio time for me! I've been in the studio often working as a producer on my new album, recording for popular television shows like The Voice, Latin Television late-night show Noches Con Platanito, and even with the most recent winner, Candice Glover, on American Idol!"  Jessy has been working with keyboardist-producer Jeff Lorber, Grammy Award-winning guitarist Norman Brown and bassist Jimmy Haslip on her new album and says one of her favorite songs on the set is her version of the Sergio Mendes classic "Magdalenha."  Jessy is out on tour this summer including a show with Warren Hill in Honolulu, HI this Saturday, July 6.  Check out the full list of her tour dates here.
