Najee will release his latest album entitled The Morning After - A Musical Love Journey via Shanachie Records on October 22, 2013.  Najee is joined on the project by producers Demonte Posey (Eric Benet) and Brian Bromberg (recorded with Michael Bublé, Andrea Bocelli, among others) and features guest singer Meli'sa Morgan on the track "In The Mood To Take It Slow."  The collection of songs takes Najee's fans on a journey to "San Tropez," "Mafalala" (Mozambique), "Shinjuku" (Tokyo) as well as a "Trip To The Moon".  The first single is "Champs Élysées" written by Demonte Posey and Najee, featuring the saxophonist on the tenor, along with Posey on keyboards, Bill Sharpe on bass, Ray Fuller on guitar and Daniel Powell on drums.  "Shinjuku" is a tribute to Najee's mentor, the late keyboardist-composer-producer George Duke.  Check out the video for "Champs Élysées" here
