Sting kicks off 'Back To Bass Tour'

Sting will kick off his 'Back To Bass Tour' tonight (October 21) in Boston.  He'll be joined by longtime band member Dominic Miller on guitar, Rufus Miller (guitar), Vinnie Colaiuta (drums), Peter Tickell (electric fiddle) and Jo Lawry (vocals).  Sting also released a new album this week, celebrating his 25 year solo career, aptly titled Sting: The Best of 25 Years.  The set contains 12 remastered hits including several live recordings and is the 'best of' taken from the 3-disc box set, Sting: 25 Years, he released in September. The 'Back To Bass Tour' includes stops in Philadelphia, New York, Washington DC, Toronto, Chicago, Detroit, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Reno, San Francisco, Seattle, and Vancouver.
