Vanessa Williams to Host Real Change TV Special

Vanessa Williams has joined a star-studded cast as the host of the Real Change-Artists for Education telecast airing on April 23, 2013.  The award-winning singer and actress will join artists like Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Pitbull, Lady Antebellum, Redfoo, Jason Mraz, Quincy Jones and Glee star, Matthew Morrison.  The one-hour special, in partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org and presenting sponsor Office Depot, combines celebrities with philanthropy, plus exclusive musical performances, one-on-one interviews and more.  Some of the artists visit schools in their hometowns while others reflect on teachers that inspired them and surprise deserving students and organizations along the way.  Real Change will also highlight other groups who are making a difference in the classroom including Adam Braun's Pencils of Promise Organization and Quincy Jones' Musiq Consortium.  Real Change will premiere nationally on Tuesday, April 23, in advance of National Teacher Appreciation Week and is available by checking your local TV listings or online at LiveRealChange.com.
